The Zoo and Aquarium Association Member Resources are available to ZAA Members, Subscribers and employees of Institutional Members.
Individual Members and Subscribers will be emailed a separate invite after joining or renewing online which may take up to 1 working day. This invite will ask you to set up a username and password separate to your payment login. This new Portal login will only apply for the ZAA Portal only.

How do I set up Automatic Login in my browser for the ZAA Portal?
Do you want to do away with signing into the Portal on each visit? Go to this website for instructions on setting up automatic login: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SPCON/Setting+your+Browser+Options+for+Automatic+Login
After you have made changes to the browser settings, remember to:
- Close the browser for the changes to take effect.
- Open the browser and ZAA Portal, fill in your login details and click the checkbox “Remember my credentials”.

Forgot your Password?
You can follow Microsoft’s password reset/retrieval process by visiting the login page (https://login.live.com/)
