Our Fourth Year of the Executive Leadership Development Program

Expressions of interest are now open for ZAA’s 4^th year of the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)!

The ELDP is a 15-month program for ZAA member directors and aspiring leaders and is designed to support leadership development for zoo/aquarium senior executives across Australasia. The program includes:

· professional development schedule, delivered by external consultant,

· mentorship from within the membership,

· a timetable of expert topic information sessions, relevant to increasing executive knowledge and performance within your organisation,

· an immersive week at another member zoo/aquarium, and

· the opportunity to network and develop strong relationships with the course cohort, mentor and the ELDP alumnus.

With the zoo and aquarium sector constantly evolving, the ELDP aims to provide professional development to support leadership skills, provide access to industry experts, and support members to build internal culture and attract, develop, and retain high performance teams.
