The Zoo and Aquarium Association is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all services listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
To begin enjoying all that the Zoo and Aquarium Association membership benefits, simply fill in the form at www.zaadb.org.au and follow the registration instructions. When the transaction has successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of payment to the email address that you have provided.
Once you payment has been received, your Zoo and Aquarium membership card and welcome letter will be posted via standard mail to your nominated address within 14 working days. If you require your card urgently, please contact the Zoo and Aquarium office on admin@zooaquarium.org.au and we will endeavour to meet your requests where possible.
Zoo and Aquarium Association takes all care when posting your card and regret that they cannot be responsible for cards lost in transit. In the event that your card does not reach you within the specified time frame, we will make every effort to assist in locating 'lost' postal items, however, cannot be responsible under any circumstances for the replacement of lost cards.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 10 June 2010.

Goods, once paid and processed, are not refundable and non-exchangeable. Membership fees, once paid and processed, are not refundable other than in exceptional circumstances. Applications for refund must be made in writing to the Secretary, setting out the exceptional circumstances claimed. All applications will be considered by the Secretary on a case-by-case basis and the Secretary’s decision on each case will be final.
The Zoo and Aquarium Association is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter. The Zoo and Aquarium Association uses cookies to allow you to login to your account. Cookies sent to your computer from the Zoo and Aquarium Association only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
