Annual Membership Fee

Full and Associate Individual: AUD $60.00 plus GST
All memberships are due for renewal after 30 June.

1) FULL INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility

• Individuals employed by a zoo or aquarium

Zoo and Aquarium Association offers the opportunity for individuals working in zoos and aquariums to help influence the future development of the industry,  promote species conservation, and foster collaboration of the zoo and aquarium community through full individual membership.

• Receive the quarterly Zoo and Aquarium Association Newsletter
• Receive 20% discount on all Association publications
• Voting rights
• Eligibility for Association Board and other committees
• Belonging to a professional peak body
• Members residing in Queensland and New Zealand are automatically members of the Branch
• Attend the Zoo and Aquarium Association Conference at a reduced price
• Receive free entry to most Zoo and Aquarium Association member institutions
• Access to Association resources and networking

To be eligible for Full Individual Membership you must be employed by a zoo or aquarium, and agree to the Zoo and Aquarium Association Code of Ethics .

2) ASSOCIATE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility 

• Interested individuals, not employed by a zoo or aquarium

Benefits

• Receive the quarterly Zoo and Aquarium Association Newsletter
• Receive 20% discount on all Association publications
• Attend the Zoo and Aquarium Association Conference at a reduced price
• Access to Association resources and networking.
• Belonging to a professional peak body.
• Members residing in Queensland and New Zealand are automatically members of the Branch. Branch rules determine voting rights on Branch matters.

To be eligible for Associate Individual Membership you must agree to the Zoo and Aquarium Association Code of Ethics .
